WE ARE SIMPLE
The AIM with ESP32 LED METAR Maps was to create a Low-Cost, Expandable, Open Source LED METAR Maps.
Simple Design
Starting with easy, inexpensive micro-controllers, a free API to retrieve METAR data, these tools are the basis for the maps. The code is also available on GitHub so that others may share and expand on the code.
Expandable
Once you purchase one map with controller board, you can the purchase a map with LEDS only and then daisy chain them together!
100% OPEN SOURCE
OPEN Source Code, I will always have a version available for free so you can do it yourself, make changes for your own use. This code will be under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license
